Junior Country Championships (JCC) Senior Country Championships (SCC) and Masters Championships 2025

 

 Hi All

With the start of the 2025 season fast approaching, please see below for important information and dates with regards to JCC and SCC 2025. 

 

Junior Country Championships (JCC) 

Tournament Dates 17th & 18th May 2025

Venues:        Under 14s    Essendon Hockey Centre

                      Under 16s     Greensborough Hockey Centre

                      Under 18s     State Hockey Centre [Melbourne Sports Centre Parkville]

Training Dates Sun 27/04/2025 and 11/05/2025

Times (to be confirmed) pending ground availability and local fixtures

 

Senior Country Championships (SCC)

Tournament Dates 7th - 9th June 2025 (Kings Birthday Weekend)

Venues:      Bendigo Regional Hockey Centre

 Womens (Open and Masters)    Mens (Open and Masters)

 Proposed Training Dates 25^th May and 1st June 2025

Times (to be confirmed) pending ground availability and local fixtures

 

Player/Coach/Manager/Umpire EOI 

 Expressions of Interest /Registrations can be completed via

Coach appointments to be made following JCC & SCC subcommittee meeting. Coaches will receive a small gratuity payment for their assistance through the trainings and tournament.

HCV will also be providing a small gratuity payment to any umpire wishing to register to umpire at either JCC or SCC.

Expected player cost is ~ $80 per player covering team entry, first aid, training etc. Billing will only occur once final teams are entered.

Subcommittee Expressions of interest

We are also welcoming anyone interested to be part of this year’s Association Squads sub committee. You will be required to attend a couple of meetings throughout the year and assist in the organisation of the HCV teams. If interested, please contact Stuart McCleary on the details below.

 

Registration closes for JCC on Monday 7th April for players, coaches, managers and umpires 

and closes for SCC on Monday 12th May for players, coaches, managers and umpires
