Please see below important information and dates with regards to JCC and SCC 2024. 

 

 

JCC

Tournament Dates 18th & 19th May 2024

Venues:        Under 14s    Essendon Hockey Centre

                      Under 16s     Greensborough Hockey Centre

                      Under 18s     State Hockey Centre [Melbourne Sports Centre Parkville]

Training Dates Tues 30/04/2024, 07/05/2024 and 14/05/2024

Times (to be confirmed)

 

SCC

Tournament Dates 8th - 10th June 2024 (Kings Birthday Weekend)

Venues:        Womens (Open and Masters)  and Mens (Open and Masters)           State Hockey Centre [Melbourne Sports Centre Parkville]

 

Hockey 5s          Footscray Hockey Centre 

 

Proposed Training Dates 26th May 2024 and 2nd June 2024  times (to be confirmed)

Please note there is a change in format to the masters championship with any masters player within the state eligible to participate. The restriction to only regional players has been removed for the masters championship.

 

Registration closes for JCC on Monday 8th April for pplayers, coaches, managers and umpires 

and closes for SCC on Monday 13th May for players, coaches, managers and umpires

 

 

Player/Coach/Manager/Umpire EOI 

 

Expressions of Interest /Registrations can be completed via Country Championships EOIs 2024

 

Coach appointments to be made following JCC & SCC subcommittee meeting. Coaches will receive a small gratuity payment for their assistance through the trainings and tournament.

HCV will also be providing a small gratuity payment to any umpire wishing to register to umpire at either JCC or SCC.

 

Subcommittee Expressions of interest

We are also welcoming anyone interested to be part of this years Association Squads sub committee. You will be required to attend a couple of meetings throughout the year and assist in the organisation of the HCV teams. 

Expected player cost is ~ $80 per player covering team entry, first aid, training etc. Billing will only occur once final teams are entered.
