EOI to determine interest and numbers for our proposed December training camp for 2+ and racing sailors in Manly Junior, RS Feva, Flying 11 and 13 foot skiff classes. 1-2 days of sailing practice to get you going for the forthcoming Australian Titles.

We are looking at paid coaches for 13 foot skiff and Flying 11 sailors - please indicate your interest in this when you register. Their class associations provide a 50% rebate on coaching costs so those sailors pay a competitive rate when divided across the fleet. For example, coach per day = $600 (est) > association pays $300 > HKSC pays $300 > 3 boats = $100 each for a day of professional tuition > crew pays half and it's only $50 per sailor.

If you are missing a skipper or crew for the camp and still want to participate then please indicate in the other comments box and we’ll put people in touch with each other to get everyone on the water.

The canteen will be catering for this event so daily food charges will be incurred, generally they are approximately $25 per sailor per day (including fuel costs for coach/safety boats) and $10 per main meal for non sailors. Invoices for the training camp will be generated post camp to make costs as low as possible.

Program starts at 10:00 each day but you can arrive earlier if you want. Parents/carers who need to work can drop off and return at pick up time - please complete the Transfer of Guardianship form (here) to let us know who is repsonsible for your child. We also ask for some parent/carers to volunteer some time to assist with the running/supervision of the camp.
