This beginner's social training session  is perfect for anyone who wants to learn and develop their volleyball skills in a fun and inclusive environment. Our coaches are high-level and experienced players from Hong Kong who are passionate about coaching players of all ages and abilities. 

A strong emphasis will be placed on the fundamental skills of volleyball as well as teamwork and volleyball knowledge. The social training will include:

15 minutes - Dynamic warm-up
75 minutes - Fundamentals and Basic volleyball system
(Serving, digging, setting and spiking techniques)
30 minutes - Gameplay
