We are so excited to be joining United Physical Culture Association in 2023.

United Physical Culture is proud to be founded by 7 strong and experienced clubs. Introducing Austral Physie, Blue Mountains Physie United , Cambridge Gardens and Jordan Springs Physical Culture , Cumberland Physie, Erskine Park Physie, Highlands Physical Culture & Mounties Physie & Dance. 

Our Physie syllabus and style will be based on traditional Physical Culture style with a progressive and modern flair.

The complete syllabus will consist of traditional marching and 5 routines for all age groups

We believe that grading is integral to fair competition. Grading will be based on individual Physie performance/participation history and ability

We’re proud to offer competition wear that everyone will feel confident and comfortable on the competition floor. We will offer a range of styles and colours in both leotards and activewear. Ballets will be optional
