U/14 Girls Queensland State Championships will be held in Toowoomba commencing 29th June, completing 2nd July 2025. For all on line nomination anomalies please contact the HBHA (herveybayhockeyinc@hotmail.com).

Nominations after the closing date will only be at the discretion of the Fraser Coast Executive Committee.

A nomination fee of $100 is mandatory at the time of nomination and will be refunded if not selected.

An email confirming your nomination has been successful will be generated at the time of nomination.

Costs include accommodation as pre-arranged, meals, and hire vehicle/s for the team and officials.

Compulsory Uniform: Fraser Coast representative uniform consisting of a playing shirt and playing skirt (provided), purple and orange socks. Details and cost of any ancillary uniforms (if required will be available from the team manager's as they will be responsible for ordering same.

Travel: Players are responsible for their own travel arrangements from the Fraser Coast to Toowoomba. All players will stay at the same accommodation as arranged by the Fraser Coast representative, with meals including breakfast, lunch and dinner as part of the overall cost of the trip. Players will need to arrive in Toowoomba on Saturday 28th June 2025 - 2.15pm - 6.15 pm.
