MEMBERSHIP

Membership is from 1 July to 30 June each year; memberships are due and payable before 30 September each year. It is greatly appreciated if members renew their membership before this date.

We have made a number of changes to our constitution, to recognise young adults transition from school, further education and full time work has changed. Junior members, can now be up to 21 years of age and can join under a family membership, the concessional member has been extended to anyone up to the age of 25, with full sailing and voting rights.

Please refer to our constitution here for the full membership categories, and further details.

The Henley Sailing Club has always kept membership fees as low as feasible; this year we have kept the fee increase as small as possible (around 4%).

We carefully consider our fees each year, as a club we have experienced a significant increase costs such as council rates, insurance & fuel. Further we have also taken a long-term view on our fees to avoid steep fee increases in coming years.

The Henley Sailing Club has always supported it's members and offered payment plans should they require one. We are flexible on how much and when you can pay your fees in instalments. If you require assistance, please contact the treasurer to arrange for a confidential payment plan.  There are no penalties for late payment, if a payment plan is in place.
