Before our season gets underway, and before the track is fully marked, we are hosting a Friendly Friday event at Ern Holmes Oval.

Events include:

17:45pm - Group Warm up

18:10 - AFL Boundary run (1km)

18:30 - Cumulative Long Jump (Three long jumps from different run ups)

18:50 - Throw (Vortex Throw)

19:10 - Short run (70m Dash)

You can participate in as many events as you like.  Results will be captured via ResultsHQ.  

Fees payable on the day.  Online registration preferred to enable planning and running to time.

u18 - $2 for any number of events

18+ - $5 for any number of events

$10 - Family entry.
