Please complete this nomination form for each little athlete who would like to paticipate in the Zone championships. This is a great event for all U7 - U17 to compete as a club on a tartan track.  There is no minimum standard. More information is available here: https://hdlac.org.au/championships/zone/  As we are a smaller club, we rarely exceed our event cap for U7-U11.  There is no event cap for U12+.  In case we do have more demand than space, the Exec Committee and coaches will work with those families to find alternate events.  U12+ need to complete their entry via ResultsHQ - info to be available shortly.  U7-U11 must nominate via this page as a GUEST (No log in required)

The draft timetable can be located here. The times may change however the event order is not expected to change.

• U7 can nominate for 4 events.
• U8-U11 can nominate for 4 events plus a relay. 
• U12-U17 can nominate for 6 events plus a relay, which must be done via RESULTSHQ.  See Further information - coming soon,
• Please keep in mind the 50m, 70m, 100m, 200m and sprint hurdles all have heats and finals.  We do not recommend U7-U11 enter 4 track events. 
• 4 x 100m Relays teams: Junior team has U8, U9, U10 & U11 athlete (athletes can run up one age group) Senior team has U13, U14, U15 & U17 (athletes can run up one age group).

The club will pay the entry fee for all athletes. We will confirm your entry by Friday 18th November.

Parents must complete a duty at the championships and a sign up link will be shared closer to the event.  We recommend signing up early to get the slot you prefer.

All athletes MUST compete in a Hornsby District singlet or crop top, with plain black shorts.  If you have not yet ordered your uniform please do so asap in case of delays, via www.sportsmagic.com.au/

Bib numbers, age patches and coles badge must also be placed on the uniform as per the information on our website: https://hdlac.org.au/uniform/.
