Masters Interclub Training and Competition held at Pennant Hills Oval.  The atmosphere will be fun and inclusive, with no minimum standards, and plenty of coaching opportunities.  All Masters athletes are welcome.

6:05pm 200m timed event

6:15pm Long Jump skill: How to measure your run up plus 2 measured jumps

6:50pm 1km timed event

7:00pm Javelin skill: Run up tips for cross over plus 2 measured throws

7:45pm bbq or pizzas or Pennant Hills Hotel
