Dear Athletes and Families

Congratulations to you all for a great summer season, whether you chose Athletics to improve your fitness, skills or to enter competitions, it has been an absolute pleasure to see everyone on Saturday mornings or mid-week training at Pennant Hills Oval.

To celebrate all our athletes’ wonderful achievements and personal bests, we invite you to attend our end of season celebration at Molly's Pavilion - Cheltenham for collection of plaques, awards, a game of bowls with your age group and a dinner.

The schedule for the evening is below, so those with younger children can opt to leave early if they prefer. Everyone is of course welcome to stay for the duration.    Tickets are essential to manage capacity, and may be limited, so get in early to avoid disappointment.  Please note - all food must be pre-ordered by the cut off date, there are no meals available to be ordered at the venue. You are of course welcome to drop in for a drink without food, but please register for a ticket so we can manage capacity with the venue.

Tickets: due to significant demand, Early Bird pricing available until 10pm 19th March at which point tickets will be unavailable to purchase.  Please pay attention to the schedule information below regarding pre-ordered meal times.

Meals:

Our U13 and younger will be served platters of Beef sliders, chicken tenders, crumbed fish, chips and salads.  

U14+ will have a meal choice of: Wild Mushroom Quiche; Grilled Chicken Caeser Salad or Angus Beef Burger.  

Any special requirements can be catered for but please get in touch early so we can arrange this with the kitchen.

Schedule:

Tots to U11: The venue staff and our club captains will provide entertainment for the younger kids as per the timings below, so parents can choose to select a pre-ordered meal at that time. However if you expect additional supervision will be required then please take that into account and either select to eat with the kids, or choose not to order a meal.
