Want to run your first 5km, turn your 5km into a 10km, or build up your general fitness.....come join HDLAC Masters for our term 1 running fitness program. We are a fun and relaxed group with athletes of all abilities having a good time whilst building up fitness and conditioning. Starting Monday 6th February we are commencing our "First 10 (or 5)" program and would love you to come along, set some goals with us, train with us as you work towards them, and perhaps even join us at the Sydney10 in May.
Training sessions are held at Ern Holmes Oval on Mondays and Thursday at 5:30pm where we do a range of interval and running sessions. We will also be able to provide weekend long run advice and suggested mobility, strength and conditioning sessions for you to do at home
All fitness levels are welcome whether you are aiming to complete your first 5km or are familiar with the distances but are looking to improve your personal best
New athletes are welcome to come for a trial at any training session. To join us for the rest of the season, a Senior Community Membership of $85 will be required, which includes Athletics NSW registration until end September 2023, all coaching sessions and access to range of events during the remainder of the season
