What's Included:
Fun and energetic group warm-up
Two 20 minute skill sessions focusing on different Little Athletics events. Learn something new each time whether it's long jump, hurdles, shot put, sprints, high jump, discus or long runs
Attend regularly to get the most out the sessions and be coached by senior athletes
Eligibility:
Members aged 7-12 are eligible for this training.
No prior athletics experience required
Groups will be split by age/experience
