Lindsey Glass who is a very experienced throws coach will be running the first coaching session for parents on Wednesday 13th December, 5.30pm at Charles Riley Reserve.

This session is for all parents who would like tips on helping with throws coaching at club training.

Lindsay intends to run a follow up a few weeks later to help those coaches once they have applied their knowledge with the athletes.
