Nominations are open for Australian Men's Masters Selectors to attend the National Championships in Hobart to select Australian team squads to compete in the 2025 Trans Tasman Challenge to be hosted by Australia. It will be advantageous if the appointed Selectors are also available late November/early December to finalise squads after the 2024 World Cups.
Teams will be selected from Tournament 2 (34+ to 50+) and Tournament 3 (55+ to 75+) to participate in the age groups over 35+, 40+, 45+, 50+, 55+, 60+ , 65+, 70+, 75+. (75+ age group is to be confirmed). Please refer to the dates in the Men's Masters Tournamentt Date Diagram below.

Positions to be appointed:
- Convenors of Selectors (1 for Tournament 2, and 1 for Tournament 3) Men's Masters Tournament Date Diagram
- Panel Chair (1 for each age group)
- Assistant Selectors (including Australian coaches or other nominees)
All Selectors, Panel Chairs and Assistant Selectors will be required to meet at the Tasmanian Hockey Centre at 9:00am on the day prior to the tournament. The Selection panel will be in attendance until after all commitments are complete on the final day of the tournament.
Appointed officials who choose to organise their own flights and accommodation will be entitled to claim an honorarium based on their location up to the amounts below.
Assistant Selectors appointed per age group who may also have a role such as a Player, Coach, Manager, other for a State/MA team participating at the championships may claim an honorarium of $250.
All appointed Selectors and Assistant Selectors will be entitled to:
- the use of a shared hire car for transport between local accommodation and the hockey facility as required including fuel costs;
- HA polo shirt, hoodie and tracksuit pants – value $150.
