Players and Team Officials are required to lodge their acceptance and commitment to the Australian Over 60s team competing at World Cup 2022 Tokyo Japan by completing this online form and paying the relevant deposit by 8pm AEDT Tuesday 5 April 2022.

Should the event subsequently be cancelled by WMH or Australian teams are prohibited from travelling, refund of deposits paid will be processed.
