Sutherland Shire Water Polo Association is hosting an inter-club invitational tournament day in January to mark their 50th year.

The details are as follows:

A few final details about this weekend:

1. There are 7 teams in the U12s and 7 in the U14s. We've given 5 rounds of games, so it's (almost) a complete round robin. Each game is 20 minutes (2 x 7 minute halves + 2 minute half time), which gives 3 games/1 round an hour.

2. No teams have back to back games.

3. The first games of the day for Gosford are 10:20 and Central Newcastle 10:40 - to give you as late a start as possible. The draws are attached. 

4. At your convenience can you enter your teams in your revolutionise account and then let me know. We'll copy to an account we set up for the interclub day, and you can remove from your account if you wish. Results will be posted live and you can view via a website available on the day. 

5. Invoices will be sent out today - no rush. Direct deposit preferred, cheque on the day is OK. 

6. Lunch will be cooked (BBQ) from 11-1, giving everyone a few hours to eat. All the players get a sausage sandwich and a bottle of water (and any officials you have). 

7. Finals will be at 3pm (1v2 in each division - a 4x5 minute quarter game).
