Open to new players aged 7 -16. If you can swim and enjoy a team sport.... this could be for you. Get in the pool and have a go!
Our competition season is from October to March. Training is at Gosford 50m outdoor pool.

Flippaball (7-9years— basic water polo skills to kids before they start competition games)
