1. Job Description 

Coach - 1 training session per week @ Caringbah Pool & Game Day @ Sutherland Pool Saturdays in Summer. Would be awesome if you are keen to get in the pool with the kids occasionally, must be able to count to 7 , lots of patience, basic water polo skills, encouraging and supportive of an all inclusive, development based sporting club. Must have current WWC and look good in a polo and trucker cap. 

Manager - Game Day @ Sutherland Pool Saturdays in Summer. Information on game day, training and access to whats app and a computer / phone. Theres usually some quality jokes on the whats app !!!! 

2.  Salary Range - we would usually pay in hugs and a free sausage sandwich but this year by committing to Coaching a Team ( attendance at training and games is essential ) you will recieve one players registration free ( family only ) . Hugs being issued may be dependant on COVID.

3. Benefits - you get to watch your child , partner or friends play every week. We can't guarantee good weather every week but most Coaches acquire an excellent tan by season end.

4. Examples of success - Gunnamatta Water Polo club has the largest registered player base in NSW. We have up to date equipment, experienced players and coaches to learn from. We don't need you to fundraise and collect raffle tickets. We only purchase quality sausage sandwiches for club get togethers. We have also been known to like a post tournament celebration.We do like to take home silverware, happy players and team staff.

5. Clarity on Career Path - we are never going to turn you away if you want to help. If you don't like the jokes thats cool - just let us know. Our club is family and player focused. We try to be fair, inclusive and accomodating. Some of us have been here for years now.
