SSWPA Seals 

The Seals is a SSWPA  program that enables players to learn and develop the core fundamental skills of water polo while also developing a love for the game. 

The objectives is to create the players of tomorrow through

  • Experience & Team Work 

    • Develop a strong understanding of how to work as a team and the commitment & discipline you need to apply to sport to fulfil your full potential. 

    • A champion team will always beat a team of champions. 

  • Pathway to Excellence

    • Learning the core skills of watepolo that set the foundation for future growth & development 

  • Love of the Game

    • Ensure all players not only enjoy their waterpolo but learn to love the game. 

 

There will be 2-3 years of competitive U12 tournaments around NSW and further building a pathway for Cronulla Metro U14s. 

 

Understand the different Water Polo Groups in the area. 

  • Cronulla Waterpolo (Metro) - This the representative water polo club for the area.  It starts at U14s. 

  • Gunnamatta Waterpolo (local) - This is one of the local clubs that plays in the SSWPA competition. 

  • SSWPA Waterpolo (Sutherland Shire Waterpolo Association) - SSWPA runs the local competition that is held on Friday nights and Saturdays. 

  • SSWPA Seals (part of SSWPA) - This is the U12 development team (s)
