Register to join a Geelong 14 and under team to play in the Junior West Softball League involving teams from Geelong, Werribee and Point Cook! 2 games each week on Saturday mornings from 9.00am - 11.15am. Rotating venue each week between Geelong (Stead Park), Werribee (Presidents Park) or Point Cook (Brookdale Rd Reserve)!

What: 14 and Under Junior Mixed Gender Softball Team representing Geelong Softball Association playing in Junior West Softball League

When: Saturday morning's commencing Saturday 19 Oct - Saturday 14 December. (No play on Saturday 23 November, instead players have the option of playing in the Softball Victorai Junior 12 and under Carnival on Sunday 24 November at Keilor Park Softball Association representing their Geelong team).

Training day and time: Wednesday's 5.30pm - 6.30pm, commencing Wednesday 9 October (Stead Park, Geelong)

Ages: 8-14

Cost: $80.00 Sub Junior (ages 8-12), $90.00 Junior over 12 (ages 13-14)

Game Times: 2 Games each week, Game 1: 9.00am - 10.00am, Game 2: 10.00am - 11.00am

Game Rules: Modified Junior Fastpitch Softball rules

•            3 or 4 balls = coach pitch or tee
•             Pitching distance 40 feet
•             60 ft base baths
•             No dropped 3^rd strike or infield fly
•             11 inch Reduced injury Ball will be used for games
•             7 or 9 players a side, mixed gender teams
•            60 minute games

Equipment: A Team kit will be available for team to share equipment if you do not have your own specific equipment such as a glove, bat, helmet etc
