GSC Presentation Night 2021/2022 Season
Sunday 3 April 6:00 to 9:30
We’re going Mediterranean / Middle East. : Roast chicken / slow cooked lamb / Falafel (vegetarian)
tomato sauce; hommos; bread rolls; pitta bread provided.
For people to bring:
Dishes / accompaniments:
- Falafels (anyone a good falafel cook ?)
- garlic Tahini
- tray of plain slices of tomatoes &thinly sliced onions
- 2 – 3 shredded iceburg lettuces
Tabbouleh -( Marine has volunteered)
- Potato salad
- Coleslaw
- Greek salad
- Any other salad.
Deserts: Anything ! (suggestions: cheesecake; pavlova; sponges; freshfruit platter etc)

For new members - club dinners are a fun, easy evening – a delicious meal with a million dollar view, and an opportunity to get to know to other club members. It is not a late night - usually over by 9.30pm. Families and friends are welcome too.
These club meals are also small fundraising occasions for the club. That’s why we ask you to pay a modest amount per head AND to contribute a dish if you can! (That said, if you would like to seek reimbursement for expenses please don’t hesitate to give receipts to Owen or Kym.)
$15 a head ($10 for students and max $40 for families) - BYO alcohol
