The workshop will cover the 5 key elements of club administration essential to a strong 3-5 year strategic plan.

This is an interactive event for members or supporters of the Greensborough Hockey Club wanting to contribute to the club's Strategic Plan for the next 3-5 years. During the session the input of the participants will be collected via numerous multiple choice online surveys and afterwards, the facilitator will provide the club with a detailed report based on everyone's contribution.
