Only players registered as members in 2022 can join the 13-week program.

Option 1: if you registered for Term 1 program, you are only required to register for the event and pay the $80 event fee

Option 2: if you did not register for Term 1, "register as a member" and pay the $35 annual membership fee plus "register for the event" and pay the $80 event fee

The Program

Hookin2Hockey Term 2 will include two formats:

1. Older children with previous hockey experience will be allocated to a team playing in the Local Competition for girls & boys under 10 (games will be 20 x2 halves using 1/4 of a full-size field and teams will have 6 players mixed gender). The competition will have a 13-week fixture (no games during the school holidays) and teams will be allocated a manager/coach and children will play in the same team each week against another team in the competition. Children playing in a team will have an optional training session every Thursday night 5.30 to 6.30.
2.  Younger children and children without previous hockey experience will be allocated to a 'skills based' group where the weekly session will include a skills component followed by a small fun-based game. Older children in this group will have the option to progress to a team playing in the Local Competition
