The date for the Head of the Yarra 2019 has been confirmed by Rowing Victoria as Sat 30th November 2019.

This year we are seeking registration of interest via our event booking registration page.

Registration of interest closes on 16th June.

A deposit payment of $100 is required immediately upon registration.

This deposit secures a position in the tour squad and will be refunded by the club in the event that you are not allocated to a crew.

Non-registration and/or non-payment of the deposit by 16th June will be taken to mean that you are unavailable to row at HOTY.

The deposit is not refundable if you change your mind.

Last year race was oversubscribed and entries will be exhausted soon after entries open.

Also, trailer positions sell out quickly and any fees paid by the club on your behalf are generally non-refundable.

We hope to have crews allocated by the end of July.

Another deposit to cover the balance of trailer and seat fees will be taken at the time crews are finalised.

Please note: members who do not register for HOTY entry will still be included in the weekly squad training schedules.
