The day will start at 9am (8.30am registration) and we will be offering 2 sessions - each session will be approx 90mins.

This is a great opportunity to get some extra coaching in leading up to Zone LA's in early December (a second one will be held on the 20th November).

Cost is $15 per session ($30 for both). Payment is cash on the day.

Age - 8yrs and above

Events include - sprints, hurdles, High, Long, Triple, Shot, Discus and Javelin
