Events - 100m, 1500m Run or Walk, Javelin, High Jump and Relay (2x200m, 1x400m & 1x800m)

Registrations Close Wednesday 19th October 2022 @ 5pm

Cost is Free.

(Rego's may be taken after but may not be seeded).

This is open for U/12 and up and you must be registered with a Senior Club (LA's For U/12) All throwing events are Senior weights.

Please submit Name, Year of Birth, Event and Time/Distance in comments so that we can seed the track events and depending on numbers split the field events.

As it is early is the season you can use last years times/distances.

Draft Program

5.30pm - 1500m Run/Walk (pack Start)

5.30pm - 7pm Javelin

5.40pm - High Jump S/H 1.35m

6.00pm - 100m

6.15pm - High Jump S/H 1.00m

7.15pm - Relays (Clubs to organize teams)

A full program will be published on Thursday 20th

The Woolgoolga Club will also hold a BBQ on the night so please bring some cash to enjoy a feed after we finish.
