2019 Goulburn District Hockey Association Indoor Competition

With a grade to suit everybody - from players just wanting to dabble in indoor to get a feel for it to a 1st Grade Mens Super 6 competition, held on Thursday afternoon/nights at the Veolia Arena, Goulburn starting on the 17th October, 2019 and running through to the 5th December, 2019.

All divisions are not played for points.

DIVISIONS:

• PRIMARY SCHOOL (up to year 6)
• HIGH SCHOOL (Yrs 7-10)
• SENIORS SOCIAL (MIXED)
• SENIORS COMPETATIVE (MIXED)
• SENIORS - 1st GRADE MENS SUPER 6

REGISTRATION FEES - players must be either registered with Hockey NSW for the outdoor competition (which covers players for the indoor competition) or register for Summer/Indoor Only through this link as a new member 

COMPETITION FEES (payable before commencing play) -

• Seniors (O18) - $55.00 per player
• Juniors (U18) - $45.00 per player

RULES:

• Normal FIH Indoor Hockey Rules apply with the following amendments:-
  • No more than 3 males allowed on the Court at any one time in the junior & mixed competitions.  Teams are allowed to be all female teams if preferred.
  • All sticks must be taped to protect the flooring at the arena.
  • Mouthguards and shin pads compulsory - face masks for short corners preferable but not compulsory.
  • Goalies preferred, and must wear covers over their pads. Teams are encouraged to have goalies, even just in learning role.

Upon the submission of your TEAM NOMINATION and TEAM LISTING - you will be issued an invoice from the Goulburn District Hockey Association Portal, which MUST BE PAID IN FULL prior to your team taking the court.

Additions to your team after the nomination of your team must be submitted in writing to secretary@goulburnhockey.com.au before the additional player/s take the court.
