2021 Moth World Champion!

Tom Slingsby has been crowned 2021 Moth World Champion in the picturesque Lake Garda, Italy after a dominant performance against the world’s best sailors. Tom won 13 of the 14 races in a fleet of 140 sailors to win with 2 races to spare! This was a spectacular result in perhaps the toughest fleet of Olympians, World Champions and Professional Sailors. Second place was Lake Maquarie Sailor Iain Jenson followed by Paul Goodison (GBR) who placed 3rd overall.

Gosford Sailing Club is extremely proud to have Tom as an ambassador for our club who continues to inspire many sailors locally and around the world. Congratulations Tom!
