Announcements
-The Yachts Twilight Ladies Skipper Race has been rescheduled to coincide with International Women's Day. The new date will be Wednesday 10th March 2021.
-Flying Eleven Sailors Kye Rivers, Jacob West, Peter Rowe, Pablo Ducarme, Harry Wyer and Elliot Wyer all competed in the NSW Flying Eleven States last weekend where they placed 10th, 33rd and 46th overall!
-Well done to GSC Sailors Geoff Dilworth, Don Wilson, George Johnstone, Jan Muysken, Jamie McPhail and Simon Smith who competed in the NSW Etchells State Championship held at Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club last weekend.
-Junior sailors Miles Greenwood and Alex Wyer placed 6th and 17th overall in the Open Fleet at the NSW Optimist TT3 Regatta held at our club last weekend. Miles Cutting and Toby Blake also placed 11th and 12th overall in the Intermediate Fleet. Amelia Thorne, Joel Cutting and Angus Blake also represented the club in the green fleet.
-The Adult Learn to Sail end of course presentation and crew introduction evening will be held on Thursday 18th March from 6:30pm in the boatshed bar. Etchells and Yacht sailors are invited to attend as this will be an ideal opportunity to meet potential new crew for next season. If interested pease rsvp to: peter@gossail.com.au
