Teenagers Out There Sailing Program
The Out There Program offers an exciting entry point into sailing for teenagers aged 13-17.

The program combines multiple water disciplines in a blended format to allow teenagers to try sailing, powerboating and paddleboarding. This provides a fun and unique experience. Teens start off completing the Out There 1 Sailing Program in the School Holidays. This is a one day program designed to introduce teens to the sport of sailing, teaching them about wind direction, capsize recovery, rigging and basic sailing manoeuvres. They then join the Out There Combined Course on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons over a period of 8-10 weeks. Teenagers can also join the Tackers Program or Green Fleet, depending on their age, skill level and interests.

Out There 1 (2 x 2.5hr sessions during the school holidays) $250.
For Teenagers with no previous sailing experieince.
Out There Sailing Combined (8-10 week after school course) $400.

Out There 1 (School Holidays- Wednesday-Thursday 29th/30th January 2024 4.30-7.00pm.

Gosford Sailing Club abides by the Australian Sailing Instructor/Student ratios, hence places are strictly limited.
All courses are subject to change with limited notice, based on demand and availability. To avoid disappointment, we recommend registering early.
