Women skippers and their crew (female) are invited to join us for a weekend of theory and practice.

Learn more about race tactics and the racing rules of sailing to improve your sailing and racing. Participate for the weekend or for theory only.

Women's Coaching Clinic

This Clinic is open to women skippers and their female crew. If you are not a crew member or your skipper is not participating, you are still invited to register for the theory components. There are a limited number of spaces available on boats, so if you would like to be on the water, please let me know when you register.

The Clinic will commence with an informal gathering for drinks and nibbles at the GRYC from 1700hrs on Friday the 6th. We will continue on Saturday and Sunday with theory in the morning followed by practice in the afternoon.

Saturday after practice there will be a pilates session with Linda Walsh at 1600hrs; a session with Laura Hughson on SAWKR and rules and then over dinner (likely to be ordered in pizzas) an interactive game on the racing rules of sailing.

Please note that there is a cost this year of $30 per boat and $5 members/$10 non-members for theory only. Once you have registered you will be invoiced.
