Golden Heights Calisthenics Club

  • We/I agree to pay all fees in full and keep fees up to date by the end of each term.

  • We/I understand that fees need to be paid even if participant does not attend class.

  • We/I understand that if the year is not completed we/I am obliged to pay fees inclusive of Costume and the appropriate term fee as deemed by your team manager and committee.


Parents Code of Conduct

In order to continue the development of our family friendly club, we ask that you agree and uphold our Parent Code of Conduct. In return, we will endeavour to provide a safe and fun environment for your child to develop and keep you well informed and involved in their calisthenics journey.

       Parents Must

  • Be respectful to all coaches, students, committee members and other parents.
  • Stay calm, relaxed and positive while watching your children practice and perform.
  • Encourage your child to attend all lessons, work their hardest and practice at home.
  • Encourage and support other members of your child's team.
  • Pay all fees (if applicable) on time, and if there is an issue with payment, talk to your team manager within 4 weeks of payment being overdue.
  • To the best of your ability, help in the setup, pack up and running of events (concerts, fundraisers, etc.)
  • Inform your child's coach in advance of any practices they will miss.
  • Inform your child's coach of any injuries or medical conditions and provide appropriate medical care.

  • Encourage your child to complete the calisthenics year up until the final competition, unless there are serious circumstances preventing them from continuing. 
     
  • Respect the decision of the coach regarding team placement and choreography.
     
  • Drop off and collect their child from inside the hall.
     

Parents Must Not

  • Post derogatory/negative messages about GHCC or calisthenics on any social media.

  • Put down other members of the club, whether they are a parent, student, coach or committee member.

  • Behave rudely toward other teams, adjudicators or CASA staff during and outside of competitions.

  • Foster competition between team members.
