Players must be turning 34 or older in 2024 to participate at the Queensland Masters State Championships in Maryborough.

 

Note:  Players eligible to play 55+, 60+ or 65+ may opt to ONLY play trials on Thursday 18 April if they wish.  In this case, DO NOT COMPLETE THIS FORM.
 

Players nominating for Gold Coast teams to play at State Championships must be primary registered with Gold Coast and attend selection trials at the Gold Coast Hockey Centre, Musgrave Ave, Labrador on 10 March 8-9:30am Grass.  

 

Teams will compete on Friday, Saturday and Sunday 19-21 April.  We expect the last match to be complete by 3.30pm.
 

Trip cost indication is $300-$350 plus uniform and will include 3 nights accommodation at Mantra Hervey Bay (now Accor Group). Minimum requirement is to stay Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Players who require additional nights accommodation should contact the Mantra direct for their extra bookings.  Uniform details are to be confirmed due to the early event.

Players can make arrangements to pay GCHWMC in instalments provided that all payments are received by Thursday 4 April  at the latest.

The $50 deposit payable to Gold Coast Hockey Women's Masters upon submission of this form is NON-REFUNDABLE.  

All players must nominate and trial for Gold Coast Masters teams before consideration will be given to granting a clearance to play for other hockey associations.
