This week all our athletes aged 9 and over will do their first Race walk. Our 9s do a 700m walk, 10s, 11s and 12s do an 1100m Walk and 13 and over do a 1500m Walk. Danielle Parrish will kindly be showing everyone some tips and tricks to get the right technique so try and be there on time. Our little people will be back at discus and Shot put and hopefully playing some fun games in between to keep them all active. Don't forget your water bottles and sunscreen
