GLEN EIRA (SAINTS) HOCKEY CLUB REGISTRATION
Please read the below instructions carefully to ensure we capture your rego correctly.

SINGLE CLUB REGISTRATIONS
(ie. play for one club only, in one competition only, ie, Seniors OR Masters)
1. Are you transferring to Glen Eira Hockey Club (GEHC) from another club?
If No, skip this section.
If Yes, this applies to you - read on:
If you:
- have previously played hockey with any other club in Australia, and;
- you did not play with GEHC, and;
- you now wish to make GEHC your main or only club
You must complete the GEHC transfer form before proceeding any further.
You then need to wait for us to contact you to advise that your transfer has been completed.
Once you hear from us (usually by email) move on to the next step.

2. If you were registered (with any club):
This means you already have an account, and a "National ID number". Proceed below using the "RETURNING MEMBER" option.
OR
If you were not previously registered with another club, or if you are UNSURE:
This means you may not have an existing account. Proceed below using the "NEW MEMBER" option.
Don't worry if you're unsure - once you put in your name and date of birth on the following screen, the system will let you know if it does find an existing account for you.
Complete your registration:
Choose the registrations that best apply to you, and complete your registration by paying the HV registration fee payable today (a credit card is required).
After registration, GEHC will send you an invoice for your club fees which can be paid into the club bank account.
DUAL CLUB REGISTRATIONS
(ie. play for two clubs across two different competitions - in either Summer or Winter)
Register with your Main/Primary* club first via that club's registration page.
Pay the HV registration fee when you register with your Main/Primary club.
Then, register with your Dual/Secondary club using the "RETURNING MEMBER" button on the Secondary club's registration page. The system will recognise that you have already paid the HV rego fee and will change the payable amount to $0 for your Secondary club rego.

* = you decide which club you want to be your Main/Primary club & your Dual/Secondary club.
A transfer is not required unless you want to change your Primary club. If you do wish to change your Primary club, follow the transfer process above before your register.
