Event Waiver

To participate in this program you will need to have rowed before. Having completed a Learn to Row program that was over 4 session is a minimum level of experience to enroll. You do need to be able to swim 100m unassisted.

If you have had medical conditions that have prevented you from participating in strenuous exercise, please let the organisers know and we may require you to provice a doctor's certificate to attend the course.

Please note, that those with significant restrictions in flexibility may find it challenging to take up rowing as a long term exercise option.
