5 Events as per age group as per attached flyer - Athletes must do all their events.  

Performances for all events are allocated points, based on the LANSW Multi-Event point score system.

Under 6 -Under 17 age groups, and Under 30 & Over 30 Age groups. 

Age Champions will be awarded at the end of events for U9-U17 & for U30 & Over 30 Age groups. Participation medals for U6-U8 Age Groups.
