Falls Creek / Rocky Valley Dam - What a spectacular venue for a Dragon Boat Regatta! The weather was magnificent and the company was even better! 28 GWD members competed, 6 of whom were attending their first regatta! We were well supported by family and friends - 7 or 8 "+1s" attended (spouses, partners, parents, children or friends), some of whom volunteered for the day, and we are not forgetting all those at home who have supported us during our training!! Thankyou all so much for all your love and patience! Thankyou to all who planned accomodation and travel arrangements, managed our finances, and transported and setup our gazebos and banners etc. (and carted it all home again!)

We are all winners! And then there are 3 more trophies for our non-existant trophy cabinet! We will get one one day!!! And thank you to our photographers, Denise McMillan, Mark Shaw and Deb Taylor! (If I have missed anyone, please know that it wasnt intentional! So many people contributed to the success of the day in so many ways!)
