2025 Clean Up Australia Day!!

Yesterday, Sunday 2nd March, as a registered participant, our members participated in Clean Up Australia Day! We really appreciate where we paddle, in the Sale Canal, Wellington Shire Council watching for fish jumping for insects, pelicans, cormorants, ducks and the occasional koala, as we paddle! Paddlers were pleased with their haul of rubbish, but also pleased to notice that there was less this year than in previous years! Many laughs were had and the day finished with a BBQ! Very impressed that we managed to pull a tyre into the boat!! Thankyou to all who contributed to the success of the day!
