Our competitive roller derby program is led by our Head Coach and League Coordinator Jessica Loprese from our Churchil Home Base. Our skaters are progressed from basic skills (on completion of a Skate Fit term) to competitive level Roller Derby by completion of ‘Levels’ or ‘Stars’, following an insivisualosed progression of skills based on each individuals goals and interests.
Our Accredited Coaches offer an engaging program of varying levels of contact as skaters progress through their training, with great opportunities to participate both developmentally and competitively through our participation in the Statewide Stampede Victorian Roller Derby Tournament and other like events.
We welcome skaters from other clubs wishing to visit or join, as well as those who may be looking to return to skating. In touch for more information

GRRD have played as Team Regional Victoria in the Statewide Stampede Victorian Roller Derby Tournament for the past 5 years. In 2020, we have joined with Geelong Roller Derby League to form Pivot City Ranges for the current seasons.
Our Home Team is the Gippsland Power Ranges and proudly, ‘Gippsland Pride’ along with our friends at the October 2022 Roller Derby Pride Cup.
Our Skate Fit program runs at two locations, our participants may train at either location as many times per week as they wish for no additional cost. Our league members may also join in on any Skate Fit session at any location as well.
