Afterwards DINNER IS BOOKED FOR 7pm at GREYSTANES INN 701 Merrylands Rd, Greystanes NSW 2145. We have booked the back room and would love GG families to join us for a celebratory dinner afterwards. There is a play area for the kids.

For those members who don’t know about Club Day– it is a performance for ALL Club members with Judges on the stage. The girls dance at the same time with their classmates. Prizes are given and awards for encouragement . All members will receive a Participation Award. For all new members, this is a way of understanding what will happen at a competition. Everyone is encouraged to take part; regardless of your ability, it's about having fun and showing your amazing Physie to your family members. Please feel free to bring along any family members who may wish to watch and see your child’s Physie and improvements. Don’t worry if they don’t know all the work now- this is just an opportunity. This is also the time to think  about asking questions about Physie itself and/or competitions. 

Savories, Cakes and Treats Stall

A stall will be set up and families are asked to donate individual savories, cakes and treats that can be sold on the day. Just drop them in when you arrive.  NO NUTS

What to Wear 

∙ BJP Dress Rules apply for all Members- See our Newsletter on REVsport for more info

∙ A BJP Leotard or Performance Wear- if you do not have either, please see the ladies at the desk or class teachers.

∙ Hair to be done in a neat style off the face (A High ponytail for long hair is preferred) 

∙ Coloured clips or pins cannot be worn. Only use bobby pins that match the hair colour. 

∙ A plain coloured 2.5cm ribbon can be worn as a single bow or headband, alternatively bows and scrunchies are  available to purchase to match leotards from Bows and Things, the official BJP Supplier. https://bowsandthings.com.au/ 

∙ Makeup- 5-12 Years- Optional: Foundation, blush and lipstick, can be worn. 

∙ Makeup 13-1st years- please see Verity/Leanne if you have any questions. 

∙ NO Jewelry, Sparkles, Glitter, Tattoos or Nail Polish. 

∙ NO one is to get dressed at the venue, you must arrive dressed ready to perform.  Members generally wear their club gear over the leotard/active wear to the venue.

As the new BJP Leotard orders will not be ready until the end of July, if you do not have a leotard for this day, you can see our  teachers to arrange for you to borrow a Club Team leotard or see if anyone can lend you one.

Photography

Mel Hayes Photography will be attending.

She will take individual, group and action shots on the day.

All photos will be uploaded online and Families can choose any 3 images for $24 and can also add to their package any other extra images for $8 each.  These can be downloaded as full res digital images. No payment needed on the day of the event as all photos will be available and purchased online. 

10% of all sales will be donated back to our club and this money will go towards our end of year Christmas party and Presentation night.

Given the current situation with transmission of influenza and Covid-19 within the communtiy, we encourage you to wear a mask when indoors however this is not compulsory. Hand sanitizer will be provided on entry.
