The Aquarena has advised that the revamp of the outside pool is very close to being finalised and the contract awarded.

The anticpiated start time for the works will be September/October and will take 40 weeks to complete.

This means the outside pool wil be unavailable for the summer and all users will only have the inside Utility Pool to carry out their activites (like the ole days when the outside pool was the only pool).

The challenge is for water polo to present workable options to the Aquarena to be considered, with the other user group's requests, to have a fair and workable allocation of pool space to all users.
