The GWPA Transfer Form has been removed.
Any players wanting to play for a club that is different from their last season's club, must be transferred via the RevSport Transfer process. Contact the registrar of the club you want to play for, advise them you want to move from another club and they will enter your the details into RevSport to start the transfer process.
