The Annual General Meeting of Far South Coast Hockey Association (ABN 16 396 641 621) will be held on Sunday 07th April 2024 at 2:00pm at Club Narooma.

All past, present and future members of Sapphire Coast Hockey and Eurobodalla Hockey are welcome!

1. Welcome by the President
2. Confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting
3. Financial Report for the year ending 31st December 2023
4. Consider nomination for LIFE MEMBERSHIP of FSCHA 
   • currently there are no nominations - any nomination to be submitted prior to the meeting with supporting documentation
5. Election of The Executive Committee - all positions vacant
   • President
   • Vice President
   • Secretary
   • Treasurer
   • Public Officer
6. Election of The Support Committee - all positions vacant (these roles are designed to liaise bewteen both FSC Clubs and HNSW)
   • Umpiring Co-ordinator
   • Junior Development Co-ordinator
   • Representative & Masters Co-ordinator
   • Child Safety Officer
   • Any other role voted on as being beneficial to the Association
7. Close of Meeting
