There is a great opportunity for our Regional athletes these school holiday to attend a Run, Jump and Throw Clinic in Forbes on the 4 October 2024.

We are lucky to have secured coaches including Greg Wienke who is currently Head Jumps Coach for the LANSW LEAP Program, Head Jumps coach for the Athletics Australia Target Talent Program and coach of current and past Australia Representatives.

Greg will be joined by Grace Klause, Australian Youth Commonwealth Games Representative and throws coach Matt Rice. 

Places will be limited so I do suggest athletes register as soon as possible.

Please promote on your centre Facebook and encourage your members to jump on quickly to secure their spot. This clinic is open to any athlete between the ages of 8-17 years….they don’t need to be registered. This may be a great opportunity to gain new members also as it is the start of our 2024/25 season.

LANSW will be in Forbes for a Run, Jump & Throw School Holiday Clinic. This is a great way to kick off the 2024/25 athletics season.

Clinic Date:      Friday 4 October 2024

Time:                    9:30am - 1:00pm

Cost:                    $35.00 per athlete – this includes a run, jump & throw session of 45 mins each.
