FNC 2021 SURVEY

Hello All

As previously reported, 174 members of FNC Hockey participated in a NSW Survey. FNC have considered launching our own survey and the participation of the NSW survey has encouraged us to launch a FNC survey.

Not unlike many local sports and particularly coming out of a COVID year with the future unknown it is important we have an understanding of the Hockey Communities thoughts and expectations. There is no separation between Hockey Clubs and FNC Hockey; you cannot have one without the other. The responsibility of Hockey’s future is as much the Clubs as it is the FNC Hockey’s management team.

There is no doubt we are in and will be facing challenging times and as a hockey community we need to do all we can together to ensure our future is not just a survival but a future of growth. We need players at all levels and management at all levels and that can only come from the Hockey Community.

We have two wonderful hockey complexes and three first class hockey fields and we love to see them fully utilized for as much as possible. Forward planning, considering community needs and player participation is a must and we hope this survey will assist us gathering information to better plan our future.
