ATTENTION ALL CLUBS

Floorball WA is holding a Level 0 accreditation course for referees that is suitable for brand new and developing referees. The aim of this course is to allow the participant to develop a basic understanding and knowledge of the rules of the game, how to referee a game of Floorball which is played at lower skill levels or in a social context and the expectations of being a match official. At the end of the course (pending the submission of the correct documentation) you will receive a Beginner Referee Accreditation Certificate.

FWA Referee Course Levels

• Level 0 - (Beginner) - For referees that have never officiated FWA Summer League including those who have previously refereed at Revolution Sports or FWA Winter League. Once accredited you would be deemed competent to officiate the following divisions: Development League 1, Development League 2, Women's League 2.
• Level 1 - (Intermediate) - For referees that have officiated FWA Summer League divisions: Development League 1, Development League 2, Women's League 2. Once accredited you would be deemed competent to officiate the following divisions: Men's League 2, Women's League 1.
• Level 2 - (Advanced) - For referees that have been deemed competent at Level 1 and officiated FWA Summer League divisions: Men's League 2, Women's League 1. Once accredited you would be deemed competent to officiate the following divisions: Men's League 1.
