Why affiliate with Floorball Victoria?
Local floorball organisations may link with Floorball Australia Ltd by affiliating with Floorball Vic. Liability and player injury insurance will be included in your affiliation, as well as provide your members with the opportunity to nominate for Australian national representative teams.
Floorball Vic will also provide support and advice to new clubs, to assist with the implementation of strategic organisation and administrative efficiency.
Requirements
By Affiliating with Floorball Victoria, your Club/Association agrees to comply with the following:
- Floorball Australia Ltd Member Protection Policy
- Floorball Victoria Constitution
- Floorball Australia Ltd Codes of Behaviour
- Registration of all participants via revolutioniseSPORT
- Ensuring that only approved personnel have access to the member’s data
- Provide accurate team number data, where requested
New Affiliate Expressions of Interest
Stage 1 - Expression of Interest
Complete our EOI form to apply to affiliate with us.
Stage 2 - Application
Successful applicants will be asked to provide additional information to complete the application process (Certificate of Incorporation, Constitution, Office Bearers, Bank Details, and Strategic Plan). However, Floorball Vic will be in contact with applicants who are both successful and unsuccessful.
Stage 3 - Affiliation
Floorball Vic will approve new affiliate applications and contact new clubs for further information at the earliest possible time following the submission of all information required to affiliate with Floorball Vic. The earlier a new affiliate submits all documentation, the sooner Floorball Vic will be able to arrange full affiliation.
