HOCKEY SA INSURANCE (HSA FEE)

All registered members are required to pay a yearly insurance fee per player decided by Hockey SA. The 2025 fee is set at $165.29 for seniors and $98.81 for juniors (18 & under); which is payable via credit card or PayPal when you register online. The Flinders Uni Hockey Club membership fees (FUHC Fee) below are not inclusive of the insurance fee. NOTE: You are not permitted to play if this insurance fee has not been paid to Hockey SA before Round 1.

2025 FUHC MEMBERSHIP FEES (FUHC FEE)

A membership fee amount will be charged to all members based on the categories in the table below. Note the following in relation to Membership Fees:

Players may not be permitted to start or continue playing if they have fees outstanding at the dates set out in the below schedule.
Members may apply to the committee for additional payment terms (instalments outside those described) or consideration for fee reductions. i.e. Goalkeepers who own their own gear. This needs to be communicated and approved by the Treasurer – Connor Haines (treasurer@flindershockey.org) prior to Round 2. See page 2 for discount categories.

FUHC Membership Fees can be paid via direct deposit into the club account or via debit card via the club treasurer (Connor Haines).

DISCOUNT SCHEDULE

ITEM	DISCOUNT APPLICABLE
Flinders University Discount Program	In 2023, Flinders University made available a $50 discount on club fees to full and part-time Flinders students. While the club is not aware of any such policy at this time, it will promote any such discount schemes if and when they become available.
Life Member	Life members may pay 50% of the applicable FUHC membership fees as laid out in the above schedule.
Goalie with own gear	A 50% discount applies to goalies who provide their own gear in fulfilling their role as goalkeeper.
Umpiring Coordinator	Free registration is available to the individual who nominates and completes their responsibilities as umpiring coordinator.
First-time club member	A $50 discount is available for members who sign up with Flinders Uni Hockey Club for their first year. This discount must be confirmed with the club treasurer. This discount will be available on the last payment in the instalment schedules above or on the first payment if all fees are paid upfront.
Coaches	Discounts or payments will be negotiated with the club on an ad-hoc basis. Payments to coaches depend on the club's available funding and the desires of the coach.

5-GAME MEMBERSHIP

Hockey SA offers a 5-game registration fee of $72.74 payable to Hockey SA. To play for the FUHC for up to 5 games under this arrangement, a membership fee (including match fees) of $130 will be payable to FUHC in addition to any HSA costs. This is set out in the following table. These fees are payable in full before commencing any games. Players who wish to play more than 5 games can be referred to the registration and fee requirements set out on page 1.
